Business Manager

Bobbi joined Appalachian Audiology in 2010. While as the Business Manager Bobbi schedules and confirms appointments, fills hearing aid orders, processes payments and resolves billing issues with insurance companies, the highest contribution she makes is how she personally cares for each patient. As many of our patients have discovered, Bobbi excels at thoroughly meeting the needs of each patient with compassion and care. Bobbi is originally from California but has lived all over the United States during her husband's 24-year Naval career. Now that 'they' have retired, both are proud to call East Tennessee home.
