A note from Dr. Andrea…
I am so excited to join Dr. Dungan here at Appalachian Audiology. My goal is to provide high-level care with compassion. My favorite part of audiology is seeing people’s faces light up when they realize how much better they can communicate with appropriate technology. My approach is not cookie cutter: I look at your overall profile - your age, your hearing loss, & your lifestyle when deciding to recommend aids or implants… and when deciding which manufacturer & style. Expanding into cochlear implant services also allows us to continue to serve patients in house wherever they are on their hearing journey without having to refer out to larger practices.
